"Sly Artistic City" is a documentary about the history of graffiti in Philadelphia. It features interviews with graffiti writers Cool Earl, Kool Klepto Kidd, Johnski, T Bone, Notorious BIK, Razz, MB, Kair, Credit, Lady, former Philadelphia Mayor W. Wilson Goode, Mural Arts Program executive director Jane Golden, and others. Director: Robert Moran.
